Why is it called one+1?
one+1 was created by researchers who believe great insight comes from people coming together. The name reflects the idea that when perspectives combine, something greater emerges. It’s also a nod to how people and technology can work together to share meaningful experiences, ideas, and feedback.
Who qualifies for one+1?
We’re looking for people who enjoy sharing honest opinions and experiences.
Depending on the panel you join, you may be invited to take part in activities like short or long-form surveys, online tasks, remote video interviews, or—on occasion—in-person sessions. Participation is always optional, and you choose which opportunities you want to join.
You will be required to submit a video recording of yourself to join any panel for verification purposes.

Please note: Rewards are typically processed within 5-7 days of taking a survey (usually by the following Wednesday).
Your time is incredibly important to us, so we like to make sure we’re rewarding you accordingly.
You’ll be receiving surveys / research opportunities and our typical rewards structure is $1.00 per every ~3 minutes taken in a survey (with a minimum of $2.00 for surveys). You may find that we adjust these based on different projects / requests (for example, you’ll earn more if we are needing to record a video, and may earn a little less for single-question tasks).
Currently, our rewards are processed through Tremendous, but we’ll be working on a new provider in the near future that will allow you to choose when you pay out.
What happens to my data?
We take your privacy seriously. Your information is stored securely and can only be accessed by authorized team members and trusted service providers bound by strict confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
When you join a panel, you’ll receive a clear consent form outlining what data may be collected, how it may be used, and how you can request deletion at any time.
